<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human communication behavior recording system and method capable of recording a human communication behavior under a fixed state. <P>SOLUTION: This communication behavior recording system 10 comprises a communication robot 12. The robot 12 presents a behavior including at least either gesture or voice to a man. The reaction of the man to the behavior presented by the robot 12 is recorded. The bodily motion of the man is acquired by a motion capture system including a plurality of cameras 16, and the speech of the man is acquired as voice data through a microphone 18. The acquired human behavior data are stored in a human behavior DB 24 in association with the behavior presented by the robot 12. Since the robot 12 can always present the perfectly same behavior, a fixed state can be created by the robot 12.
