PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion forming device by which a recycle cost is reduced by adding improvement to a die of an extrusion machine for making it multi-functional to effectively utilize waste plastics and construction wastes, providing a composite recycle building material utilizing waste plastics and waste woody materials excellent in water resistance produced by this invention, which can be subjected to nailing, sanding treatment, sew cutting and printing, to be utilized for a rafter, a floor joist, an under-roof material, a landscape material or the like. SOLUTION: The extrusion forming device employs means comprising (1) attaching a die to the tip of an extrusion forming machine for extruding a molten plastic with a screw, (2) providing a pool for the molten plastic in the die and for providing a hollow pipe projecting to the outside of the die penetrating through the molten plastic pool in the direction crossing the extrusion direction of the extruding machine, and (3) sealing one side face of the die through which the hollow pipe penetrates and forming a slit for feeding a plastic material on the other side, surrounding the hollow pipe.
