PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform evasion of a device congestion state and restoration of the device congestion state device autonomously regarding a device congestion evading system in an information processor which receives a processing request from an opposite device (or control part) through a communication channel and performs a processing. SOLUTION: The information processor is provided with a means for calculating and setting delay response time within a time duration that the opposite device does not time out for the completion response time of processing instructions retained inside on the basis of the completion time of other incomplete processing received from the opposite device previously, the number of the processing instructions which can be retained inside, and timer monitoring time in the opposite device, when the processing instruction is received.
