PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric equipment which can enhance the assembly workability and maintenance workability of a power unit and can lower the working cost concerned with the power unit. SOLUTION: Into one fitting hole 18 formed in a wall part 12A of a housing 12, an inlet 20 and a breaker 22 are inserted while connected together by a cable 24A. A couple of recessed parts 26 are formed in a wall part 12A at a periphery of the fitting hole 18 while hollowed by one step and both end parts 28A of a partition plate 28 are fitted in the couple of recessed parts 26 respectively. The center part of the partition plate 28 is sandwiched among the housing 12, inlet 20, and breaker 22 and the partition plate 28 is fixed while sectioning the inlet 20 and breaker 22.
