METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for surely forming a conductive polymer layer in an anode by preventing the oxide film of the anode from being damaged when the conductive polymer layer is formed by an electrolytic polymerization. SOLUTION: The conductive polymer layer is formed by bringing a feeder terminal (15) to become an anode electrode into contact along with an anode lead (11), and then dipping the feeder terminal (15) together with a cathode electrode (16) in an electrolytic polymerization liquid (18). Since the feeder terminal (15) is brought into contact along with the anode lead (11), a gap control between the anode and the feeder terminal is facilitated. Since the feeder terminal (15) is brought into direct contact along with the anode lead (11), the conductive polymer layer is surely formed on a precoating layer (14). Since the feeder terminal is not brought into contact with the anode, the damage of an oxide film (13) due to the contact of the anode with the feeder terminal is prevented.
