PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change the program of each CPU by transmitting a program stored in a program storage ROM to each CPU at once. SOLUTION: In the CPU drive method and servo motor drive method, a first CPU 1 reads a desired program 22 from the program storage ROM 21, and writes the program 22 in program storage means 24-26 of other CPUs 3-5 through a CPU-to-CPU communication means 23 to drive driven bodies 6-8.
