PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the workability of machining and reduce the cost of manufacturing in a machining device. SOLUTION: A numerical controller 11 interprets an NC program to create movement commands to various tools, and then computes three-dimensional movements of the tools by interpolation. A servo control part 16 drives various servomotors 22 of a machine tool 21 according to the movements, and a pseudo servo control part 19 outputs the movements to a machining simulator 31. The machining simulator 31 executes a machining simulation prior to actual machining of the machine tool 21. Anomaly detecting means 32, if detecting a nonconforming phenomenon such as a tool collision, transmits the facts, and the servo control part 16 corrects the operation of the machine tool 21.
