PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve holdable function for a reinforcing bar embedded near each opening part in forming a through hole in a beam, a wall, or the like of reinforced concrete building. SOLUTION: This reinforcing bar is composed of a reinforcing frame member 1 formed of one or a plurality of reinforcements annularly provided with a size larger than the opening part of the through hole, and a sleeve holding means 2 provided at the reinforcing frame member 1 to support a sleeve S for impeding the inflow of concrete to a through hole forming part. The sleeve holding means 2 is composed of a plurality of holding arms 3 fixed so that the tip parts point to the inside of the reinforcing frame member 1, and one or a plurality of locking members 4 provided in a freely advancing/retreating manner in relation to the tip part of the holding arm 3.
