PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a heat insulating wall fixing a thermal insulating material to a building skeleton and facilitating the mounting of an exterior wall and its heat insulating wall. SOLUTION: The thermal insulating material 2 is fixed to the building skeleton 1 by driving a shank section 11 of a nail bolt 3 into the building skeleton 1 and the thermal insulating material 2. Then, a female screw section 18 of a spacer 4 is screwed to a male section formed in the head section 12 of the nail bolt 3 to mount the spacer 4 to the nail bolt 3. Successively, the head section 12 of the nail bolt 3 is made to pass through a through-hole 22 of an external facing 5, and the external facing 5 is placed to a position opposed to the thermal insulating material 2 through the spacer 4. A nut 6 is screwed to the head section 12 of the nail bolt 3 by holding a recess section 21 of the external facing 5, and the external facing 5 is held by the spacer 4 and the nut 6 to mount the external facing 5 to the thermal insulating material 2.
