SOLUTION: This roofing material A is formed with a vertical piece 6 by projecting the downstream side tip of a decorative surface 4 of a metallic roofing material B of drop-in structure with a male-female connection structure formed at the side edge in a width direction, and the tip of the vertical piece 6 is bent onto the upstream side.
