PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein a work space is narrow because travel operation levers are provided in the front and rear of a seat when the travel operation levers for advance and backing are separately provided and a part of a body may hit the lever when a driver is seated on the seat to rotate because they are separate from the seat. SOLUTION: A hydraulic system is branched into two systems including a pilot circuit for controlling a swash plate in which supply of pressure oil is controlled by the travel operation lever on one side and a pilot circuit for controlling a swash plate in which supply of pressure oil is controlled by the travel operation lever on the other side by travel operation valves. The pilot circuit for controlling the swash plate on one side is connected with a swash plate control valve V1 operating a movable swash plate of a hydraulic pump P1 on one side, and the pilot circuit for controlling the swash plate on the other side is connected with a swash plate control valve V2 operating a movable swash plate of a hydraulic pump P2 on the other side. A valve switched together with rotation of the seat is provided on the pilot circuit for controlling the swash plate so that the travel operation levers rotate integrally with the seat.
