PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning duct structure of a vehicle capable of enhancing properly the rigidity of an appropriate part while the wind passing resistance of the duct body is suppressed as much as practicable. SOLUTION: The air-conditioning duct structure of the vehicle includes the duct body 5 leading the air from an air-conditioner to the required place in a vehicle cabin in which an appropriate part of the duct body 5 (stamping part 5a) is reinforced by forming a plurality of bosses 7 between the confronting surfaces of the mentioned part, wherein the bosses 7 are arranged one by one from the upstream to the downstream in the air flowing direction (shown by Arrow A in the figure), and at this time, the bosses 7 in the rear row are arranged in the low-pressure region E generated downstream of the bosses 7 in the front row at a certain spacing P not constituting any obstacle in terms of strength, and the plane form of each boss 7 in any row is made in a rhombic shape extending long in the air flowing direction and rounded in its uppermost end of the stream.
