PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sill flange capable of improving getting in/out property of a car by allowing the setting of height of the car from the ground to the lower end of the sill flange at a value not higher than that of a jack device. SOLUTION: The sill flange 12 has a jack attachment section 20 where a jack head 26 is inserted into a slit 29 that is extended downwardly to the under part of the car body and formed in the upper surface 28 of the jack head 26 of the jack device to be mounted. The sill flange 12 is provided with a notch 22 capable of passing the jack head 26 when the jack head 26 lies at a height substantially the same as the attached height to the jack attachment section 20.
