METHOD OF FILLING MOLDING DIE WITH ORGANIC MATERIAL FOR FORMATION OF OPTICAL PART IN LIQUID STATE AND FORMING METHOD INCLUDING THE FILLING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of filling a molding mold with an organic material in a liquid state to mold an optical part. SOLUTION: The filling method comprises a stage (A) of raising the flow rate from zero flow rate to a nominal flow rate(Dn) higher than 40 g/min, a stage (B) of filling at a maximum flow rate so as to keep the rate Dn, and a stage (C) of reducing the flow rate from the rate Dn to zero flow rate. The stage (A) has at least two phases: a filling-initiating phase at a low flow rate and a main flow-rate-raising phase(A2). The filling-initiating phase represents the period until a molding is filled with a material to the height of at least 2 mm from the lowest position of the mold, and the flow rate is increased to a maximum filling-initiating flow rate(Dd) lower than 20 g/min during the phase.
