The top bar (6) of the wall canvas (1) or canvas roller (2) and the safety belt roller (18) has a centrifugal-action roll-down preventer. The safety belt is used in vehicles and the belt roller (18) should be separate from the canvas roller (2) and rope roller (4). The safety belt (17) security device engages the canvas roller (2) clear of the wall (1) plane.
