Method and device for qualitative and quantitative object expansion measurement using a shear camera for implementation of speckle shear interferometry, whereby qualitative deformation or strain of objects is measured using a commercial digital camera with a screen and objective lens connection and a new type of shear objective with a coherent light source, preferably a laser diode.
