A flow chamber with a flow channel for microscopy, e.g. for the perfusion of adherent cell and tissue cultures, comprises a chamber body and a sealing ring to fit exactly as a plastics insert within the well of a micro-titration dish, and form a flow channel with the base of the micro-titration plate (5).
