PURPOSE: An electric hot blaster using a power-saving heat pipe is provided to improve heat exchange efficiency of the system, and to reduce power consumption by automatically operating the power-saving heater with the heat pipe and an airo-pin. CONSTITUTION: An electric heat pipe is arranged in parallel and used by inserting a stainless cartridge heater. As a preheater, a quartz heater is used by attaching a heat reflecting plate, and a halogen heater is used without the heat reflecting plate. A snowflake type airo-pin is formed through aluminum extrusion, combined by cutting and assembling zigzag, and fitted to the heat pipe. A fan is operated for sucking and blowing air, and an ultraviolet lamp is actuated for sterilizing air. The airo-pin and the heat pipe are fixed by a guide post, and an asbestos protection screen is arranged to prevent fire.
