PURPOSE: A device for finishing/fixing a membrane structure and controlling tensile force is provided to cut down the cost required for re-construction and to construct a membrane without wrinkles using even tensile force. CONSTITUTION: The device for finishing/fixing a membrane structure and controlling tensile force comprises: a tension strutting fixture(20) fixed to a structure(10) where a membrane(12) is fixed; a tension controlling bolt(30) interposed to the tension strutting fixture(20); a pair of clamp plates(40A) clamped with the membrane(12) on the end of the membrane(12) using a fastener(42) and attached with a tensioning bracket screwed on the tension controlling bolt(30) to fix with the tension controlling bolt(30); and a lubricating pad(60) made of rubber to prevent the damage by tensile friction between the membrane(12) and the structure(10) when the membrane(12) is tensioned.
