<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a harness module that can reduce manufacturing cost and promote the efficiency of an inspection step for the harness module by automating at least distribution work for wires. <P>SOLUTION: A harness module 1 has a configuration where a connector 7 is provided on a guide body 3 that is deformable three-dimensionally between a two-dimensionally arranged form and a three-dimensionally deformed form to be assembled to a vehicle body and a wire is distributed, and is deformed three-dimensionally and assembled in an engine room. In a step of manufacturing the harness module 1, the wire is distributed to the guide body 3 in a state where the guide body 3 is arranged on the assembly stand 201 two-dimensionally, which is electrically connected to a terminal of the connector 7 or the like, and after potting is performed on the electrical connection portion, the harness module 1 is tested.
