<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a digital composite machine to conduct its processing to the last, even if the throughput of each section reaches a limited count value. <P>SOLUTION: The department administration control system for digital composite machines comprises a plurality of input and output forms, and establishes an arbitrary limited count value for each input/output processing of each section.
