<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize synchronization of a chip clock and synchronization of a code phase by a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: This communication system includes a receiver side chip clock generating circuit 34 for generating a receiver side chip clock; a receiver side spread signal generating circuit 42 for generating a receiver side spread signal on the basis of the receiver side chip clock; and a receiver side chip clock control circuit 38 for generating an error signal E corresponding to phase deviation between a transmitter side spread signal included in a modulation signal to be transmitted from a transmitting apparatus and the receiver side spread signal, and controlling the circuit 34 on the basis of the error signal E. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
