<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED holder which reduces a mounting play when an LED holder is attached to a printed board, and an LED mounting structure using the holder. <P>SOLUTION: A printed board 22 in which a penetrating hole 22a for inserting the lead terminal 20b of a LED 20 is formed, and an LED holder 21 for holding the LED 20 are installed. A penetrating hole 21a for inserting the lead terminal 20b is formed in the LED holder 21. A protrusion 21b for flexing a lead terminal 20b which is inserted in the penetrating hole 21a is formed in the penetrating hole 21a of the LED holder 21. The lead terminal 20b is inserted in the penetrating hole 21a of the LED holder 21 and the penetrating hole 22a of the printed board 22. By energizing force generated by flexing the lead terminal 20b with the protrusion 21b, the LED holder 21 is pressed against the printed board 22.
