<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, method, and a program for realizing the efficiency of processing and for improving reliability. <P>SOLUTION: A host computer 100 is connected through a network to at least one terminal 130 constituted of automated equipment and is provided with an on-line processing system 102, an operation management system 103 for receiving a console message, and an automated equipment failure restoring system 110 for controlling the failure restoration of the automated equipment. The operation management system 103 which has received the console message outputted when any failure occurs at the terminal informs the automated equipment failure restoring system 110 of the failure information of the terminal, and the automated equipment failure restoring system 110 which has received the notification of the failure information decides whether or not the terminal where the failure occurs is the automated equipment, and when the terminal is the automated equipment, it automatically generates a command for carrying out the restoration processing of the automated equipment, and issues a command for carrying out the restoration processing to the terminal 130. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
