<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window regulator which vertically moves a window glass of an automobile door, wherein the window regulator can easily adjust the location of the window glass only by touching a longitudinal part of an adjusting switch, corresponding to a desired vertical location by the finger of the operator. <P>SOLUTION: The window regulator is comprised of a location adjusting switch, a location detecting sensor, and a control device. The location adjusting switch has a length almost corresponding to a vertically movable range of the window glass, and functions to issue a signal corresponding to a location touched by the finger or the like. The location detecting sensor issues a signal corresponding to an actual location of the window glass.
