<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functionalized polymer which improves the performance of a photosensitive composition. <P>SOLUTION: The compound comprises a skeleton having the formula: (A)u(B)v(C)w(D)x(E)y(F)z. In the formula, (A) is one or more hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylates, B is one or more hydroxypolyalkylene oxide (meth)acrylates, C is one or more alkyl (meth)acrylates, D is one or more (meth)acrylic acids, E is one or more a vinyl aromatic monomer, a nitrogen-containing compound or a thioanalog of a nitrogen-containing compound, a silicon-containing monomer, a substituted ethylene monomer or a cyclic olefin monomer and F is one or more hydroxypoly(ring-opened lactone) polyalkylene oxide (meth)acrylates, and additionally u, v, w, x, y and z are each % by weight of the monomer in the above skeleton and u is 0-30%, v is 0-30%, w is 5-70%, x is 5-40%, y is 0-20% and z is 0-30%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
