PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operating noises and weight while securing reliability and durability by using a synthetic resin gear. SOLUTION: A driving gear 23 meshing with a driven gear to constitute a transmission mechanism is formed of a synthetic resin. A feed screw mechanism is constructed to displace a displacement side pulley element 16 to the axial direction. A grease composition is applied or filled in a meshing portion between a female screw 19 and a male screw 21.
