PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower capable of efficiently supplying negative ion and excellent in serviceability. SOLUTION: A housing 12 different from a front protection body 9 is provided on a circulator 1 including a motor 5, blades 6 and the front protection body 9 detachably covering a front of the blades 6. A negative ion generating part 13 is provided in the housing 12 and a discharging hole 20 discharging negative ion generated by the negative ion generating part 13 is provided in the front surface side of the housing 12 in proximity of a center axis of the blades6. Consequently, generated negative ion is discharged without disturbance under a condition that the same is surrounded by a wall of air flow and can be efficiently supplied to wide range. Also, since the housing 12 is not detached even if the front protection body 9 is detached for cleaning or the like of the blades, there is no danger of twist or breakage of wire supplying power to the negative ion generating part 13 in the housing 12.
