摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method and apparatus for rapidly, easily, and precisely measuring organism substances contained in humor, cells, and other biological tissues noninvasively or invasively. <P>SOLUTION: The optical measuring method for detecting, qualifying, and determining the organism substance and chemical substance contained in the humor, cells, and other biological tissues comprises a process for irradiating radiation light by using a luminous element for radiating light having a wavelength suitable for a wavelength region where a light absorption band, such as the organism substance belongs, to a target to be measured containing the organism substance, or the like having at least one light absorption band at either wavelength region containing an ultraviolet region, a visible region, a near infrared region, and an infrared region (1); and a process for receiving light that is irradiated in the irradiation process, and is transmitted through or reflected from the target to be measured by a light receiving element, and photoelectrically converting the output of the light receiving element to obtain an absorption spectrum (2).
