<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser machining method and a laser machining apparatus which realize prevention of influence of debris caused by irradiating a workpiece with laser beams. <P>SOLUTION: In the laser beam machining method to machine a workpiece by relatively moving the workpiece to a laser beam irradiation means while irradiating the workpiece with laser beams from the laser beam irradiation means, gas is blown toward the workpiece at a position to be irradiated with the laser beams from a side machined with laser beams when irradiating laser beams. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
