PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique enabling the comparison or retrieval of important data stored in a terminal device while ensuring the security of the data. SOLUTION: Data stored in a terminal device 60 are included in a perfectly capsulated object, and other data are included in a non-perfectly capsulated object. When comparison of the data included in two object is performed in the execution process of AP, the comparison is performed only when both the two objects to be compared are perfectly capsulated objects or non-perfectly capsulated objects.
