PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a difference between timing of generation and cancellation of alarm information about each monitoring item and timing of collection of reports about the phenomena. SOLUTION: An alarm information collection device, which is so designed that polling controlling means 110 control an operation of collecting alarm information through polling on each monitoring item by polling executing means 111 according to a schedule of monitoring timing for a plurality of monitoring items, comprises fault detecting means 112 for detecting the occurrence of a fault according to the alarm information obtained by the polling on each monitoring item, and in the polling controlling means 110, continuously inserting means 113 for controlling the schedule, every time the fault detecting means 112 detect occurrence of a fault, so as to insert monitoring timing corresponding to additional polling on the monitoring item detected being at fault continuously with the monitoring timing assigned to the monitoring item detected being at fault.
