PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in characteristics such as an optical output resulting from the use of regenerated phosphor, while maintaining reduction effect of a manufacturing cost according to the use of the regenerated phosphor, in applying the regenerated phosphor collected and regenerated from disused fluorescent lamps to a fluorescent lamp. SOLUTION: This fluorescent lamp 1 has a glass bulb 2. A fluorescent film 4 is formed at an inner wall face 2a of the glass bulb 2. The fluorescent film 4 has a first phosphor layer arranged on the inner wall face 2a side of the glass bulb 2 containing the regenerated phosphor, and a second phosphor layer arranged on a discharge space 3 side containing new phosphor. A pair of electrodes 5 are sealed at both ends of the glass bulb 2, and a discharge medium is further enclosed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
