PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the flow even after completing assembly of an injection valve. SOLUTION: The device comprises a housing 12 having an end part provided with an outlet path 14 which ends at a metering opening 16, a valve needle 20 movable in the axial direction penetrating the outlet path 14 for controlling opening/closing of the metering opening 16, and a piezoelectric actuator 18 consistent with the valve needle 20 in the axial direction for working in cooperation with the valve needle 20 so as to control the movement of the valve needle in the axial direction. A plastically deformable adjusting element 22 is arranged linearly between a bottom end part piece 24 of the piezoelectric actuator 18 and a head part 26 of the valve needle 20 in the axial direction. Plastically deforming of the adjusting element 22 adjusts a distance between the piezoelectric actuator 18 and the valve needle 20 in the axial direction, which sets up the flow for the metering device.
