PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost and operation cost by reduction of component parts or the like, reduce size and installation space, and improve degree of control of exhaust emission by increasing contact ratio of exhaust gas and washing fluid, in an exhaust emission control device by wet purifying method purifying noxious component of gas by dissolving the same into washing fluid. SOLUTION: This exhaust emission control device is provided with a tank shaped device main body 1 having a gas lead in opening 1a and a gas discharge opening 1b for exhaust gas, a drum shaped member 3 for gas-liquid contact provided in the device main body 1 under a condition that the same can freely revolve around a transverse axis 4 and that a lower side of the same is soaked in washing fluid 5 in the device main body 1 and revolving by wind force of exhaust gas flowing in from the lead in opening 1a, and a gas-liquid separation filter 11 removing moisture contained in gas flowing in an axial direction in the drum shaped member 3 and flowing out from a rear end surface.
