PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of the conventional license number plate cover for vehicle that the license number plate cover for a front license number plate cannot be used commonly to that for a rear license number plate and their respective license number plate covers must be prepared. SOLUTION: This license number plate cover for the vehicle comprises first and second flat plate bodies covered on the front and rear license number plates for the vehicle each having at least one through hole and first and second mounting tools fitted to the through holes in the first and second flat plate bodies. The first mounting tool 8 has a through hole 5 for inserting, therein, a mounting screw for mounting the license plate for the vehicle on the vehicle, and the second mounting tool 9 has a tubular portion covered on the sealed part of the license plate for the vehicle.
