PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply perform insert-replacing work for a short time while simplyfying mold processing in the insert attaching/detaching structure in a mold such as an injection mold or the like. SOLUTION: A round hole 26, in which a round rod 51 of an attaching/detaching fixture 50 is inserted, is provided to a cavity mold 20 and a semicircular abutting part 55 is formed to the leading end of the round rod 51 of the attaching/detaching fixture 50 to be brought into contact with the end surface 43 of the support rod 41 of the insert 40. The round rod 51 is rotated by rotating arm 52 with a handle 53 provided to the round rod 51 of the attaching/detaching fixture 50 and the insert 40 is attached and detached by the cam action between the semicircular abutting part 55 and the end surface 43 of the insert 40 to simplify not only the replacing work of the insert 40 but also the mold processing of the mold 10.
