PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture container with cells, with which liquids are replaced without damaging cells in a microplate after the cells are frozen and melted in a cultured state, optical microscope observation and fluorescence microscope observation are made. SOLUTION: The culture container with cells is a culture container in which cells are frozen in a cultured state, has porous structure through which a culture solution is passed so that cells are not floated and removed from a culture surface in replacing culture solutions immediately after melting. The porous structure is detachable from the culture container with cells. Preferably the porous structure has a knob and is readily disconnectable. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
