PURPOSE: A system for collecting the telemetry data by using a power line communication, a wired communication and a short distance radio communication is provided to guide a reasonable use of the electric energy by performing the differential billing. CONSTITUTION: A system for collecting the telemetry data by using a power line communication, a wired communication and a short distance radio communication is characterized in that the communication in the cell areas are communicated with PLC method, the communication between each cell in the section area or the communication between the concentrator is performed by using the combination of the PLC communication, the wired communication and the short distance radio communication.
