摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uninterruptive bypass device for high/low voltage phase conversion capable of replacing a pole transformer in an uninterruptive state by supplying three-phase power to a low voltage line by generating the three-phase four-wire power by receiving a two-phase input by using power supplies of two transformers among three-phase transformers, in an uninterruptive phase conversion bypass device in which the pole transformer is replaced in the uninterruptive state by continuously supplying power to the low voltage line with the pole transformer installed to a distribution line of 22.9 kV. <P>SOLUTION: A primary side is made to serve as Y-connection and a secondary side is made to serve as &Delta;-connection at a ratio of the number of winding turns of 1:1 by using the three-phase transformer 51 in a phase converter 50 used for the low voltage uninterruptive bypass device. While, a drop phenomenon of an internal voltage of the phase converter 50 is reduced by making a % impedance value extremely small (less than 3%). A three-phase four-wire (A,C,B and N) connection structure in which only a primary terminal (bushing) can be connected so as to become different from a conventional transformer is prepared. As a result, the uninterruptive bypass device for the high/low voltage phase conversion can be obtained. It is possible to solve problems of the voltage drop phenomenon and the drop of a power factor while reducing the size and the weight. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
