<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image storage device which can transmit an image to desired equipment by an intuitive operation. <P>SOLUTION: The portable image storage device for storing images includes a display part for displaying the image, a direction input part for inputting a spacial direction in which the image is transmitted based on the instruction of a user, a wireless communication part with directivity, and a transmitting part using the wireless communication part to transmit the image displayed by the display part to the spacial direction inputted by the direction input part. The direction input is composed of a touch panel provided on a screen of the display unit, for example, and detects the direction the user rubs.
