<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system whereby a user can easily recognize how each image processing result is, when the user operating an image forming apparatus utilizes the image processing provided by the image forming apparatus or an information processing apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming system is characterized in that the image forming apparatus includes: an operation section for performing information display to the user and receiving information entry from the user; and a control right permission means for permitting a control right of the operation section for the information processing apparatus in response to a request from the information processing apparatus, and the information processing apparatus includes: a control right request means for requesting the control right of the operation section of the image forming apparatus; and an operation section control means for controlling the operation section when the control right permission means permits the control right of the operation section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
