PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine market price of electric power in a power exchange.

SOLUTION: Power grid of our country is constituted of tandem family which includes a loop part including a DC interconnection line. In the grid, market price of each zone is determined by adjusting dealing trend in such a manner that restriction of empty capacity of the interconnection line is filled.
