DEVICE, SYSTEM AND PROGRAM FOR MANAGING DOCUMENT

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide document managing device/system/program for reducing responsibility required for managing an important document such as an insurance certificate and a driver's license and for showing the important document with a public certification at the time of need.

SOLUTION: A storage part 14 correspondingly stores computerized document data and authentication data for authenticating a titular of the document. A CPU 11 authenticates the nominal person of the document by verifying data for authentication verification, which is received through a communication network N, with authentication data of the storage part 14. The CPU 11 emits certification data for certifying propriety of document data and transmits document data through a communication control part 13 with certification data when the nominee of the document is authenticated.
