<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive recorder device capable of identifying a hit-and-run vehicle when encountered to an accident such as the hit-and-run accident. <P>SOLUTION: The drive recorder device is provided with a front side camera 20 for photographing a front side of the vehicle; a rear side camera 21 for photographing a rear side; and a division image formation part 23 for writing-in front side and rear side images at a predetermined area of an image memory in synchronism with a reference signal. A vehicle position information and a time information are imparted to the image memory information and are constantly recorded in a buffer memory 26 and a signal of a predetermined value or more of an impact detection sensor 28 is inputted.
