<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular electronic control apparatus capable of highly precise timer count by calibrating precision at actuation while performing timer count at low current consumption at stand-by and to provide an apparatus for detecting a vehicle driver and passengers. <P>SOLUTION: In a stand-by state, a microcomputer 13 executes timer count timer count by a sub-clock supplied by a CR oscillating circuit 16. In an actuated state, the microcomputer 13 performs zero-point correction on load sensors 31-34 and calibrates the precision of timer count on the basis of the sub-clock through the use of a main clock supplied by a crystal oscillator 15. Therefore, it is possible to execute timer count at low current consumption by the CR oscillating circuit 16 and reliably maintain the precision of timer count by calibrating the precision of timer count through the use of the main clock. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
