PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-base ballpoint ink composition which has a good writability, is free from puddles, bleeding, oozing, etc., and is environmentally friendly. SOLUTION: The oil-base ballpoint ink composition comprises a vegetable oil or its derivative as the solvent being the base oil, a colorant comprising a pigment and a solvent-soluble resin, and a stringiness-endowing agent.
