PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct switching valve of an endoscope for decreasing sliding resistance between a piston member and a cylinder member by disposing a sealing member outside the sliding surface of the piston member and the cylinder member. SOLUTION: In a suction valve, the piston member formed of a suction button 22 and a piston 34 is provided to freely slide in the cylinder member formed of a knob member 38 and a cylinder 42. An elastic packing 62 for sealing a gap between the piston member and the cylinder member is fixed to the knob member 38. When the suction member 22 is pressed down, the lower end of the suction button 22 abuts on the elastic packing 62. Thus, the gap between the piston member and the cylinder member is sealed.
