PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine-driven heat pump device capable of maintaining adequate heat exchange balance in a refrigerant circuit by realizing heat exchange between the refrigerant and the engine cooling water commensurate with the number of running indoor heat exchangers. SOLUTION: In the engine-driven heat pump device in which a refrigerant circuit to circulate the refrigerant by a compressor driven by an engine and a cooling water circuit to circulate cooling water to cool the engine are provided, the refrigerant circuit has an expansion valve, an indoor heat exchanger, and an outdoor heat exchanger, the cooling water circuit has an exhaust gas heat exchanger, a radiator and a pump, and a cooling water line to branch the radiator, and a refrigerant heating heat exchanger to perform heat exchange between the refrigerant and the cooling water is provided between the refrigerant circuit and the cooling water line of the cooling water circuit, a linear three-way valve to control the flow rate of cooling water flowing to the refrigerant heating heat exchanger by bypassing the radiator, and a control means to linearly control the opening of the linear three-way valve according to the control condition are provided.
