PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner capable of dispensing with a positive displacement pump, and performing indirect outside air cooling operation by circulating refrigerant without operating a compressor. SOLUTION: In the air-conditioner, heat transfer devices 20 and 40 are interposed between an outdoor heat exchanger Hxo and a main expansion valve Ve1. The heat transfer devices 20 and 40 comprise refrigerant tanks (T1 and T2) to store refrigerant, a cooling heat exchanger HL to generate refrigerant vapor to pressurize the inside of the refrigerant tanks (T1 and T2) during the indirect outside air cooling operation, a heating heat exchanger HH to decompress the inside of the refrigerant tanks (T1 and T2), and driving refrigerant circuits (C2, L45, HL, L46, Ve2, L42, HH, L43, A2 and L44) in which the refrigerant flowing in the first and cooling heat exchangers (HL and HH) and the driving refrigerant to perform heat exchange flow.
